
Wine is a significant part of the C&A Steak Company experience. The Wine List contains over one hundred selections and is developing continuously. Special attention is given to wine’s that will compliment our steakhouse cuisine. Our Wine Stewart is always searching for selections that C&A patrons may not be able to enjoy anywhere else.
The list has an excellent balance between new and old world wine styling’s. Classic regions such as Bordeaux and Napa are well represented, with emerging regions that are gaining notoriety internationally bring balance to a well rounded catalog.
Our Hand picked White wine selections were carefully chosen to compliment our appetizers and crisp salads. The Reds are big, bold and beautiful and will stand up to any of our fine cuts of USDA Prime beef. Our cellar keeps the Red wine selections at an optimum temperature of 58 degrees and the White wines are kept cooler at 45 degrees.
